100% serious. The three I tagged were the most common, but there was a few  ”kindergarten”s here and there as well. One girl really did know German, and she was utterly baffled by what was going on.

File under: Things that only happen to me.

Followed my gps on a crazy drive through the narrow streets of Pittsburgh; finally got to the cemetery and found my friend’s grave.  Still no gravestone, but I knew where it was this time. 

And then when I tried to leave, I turned around at the end of the road in the cemetery, as expected… And then got blocked in by a hearse that decided to park in the center of the road so that no one could get past. 

It took the driver about 15 minutes to notice me waiting to get by, and I didn’t really want to yell or honk my horn at the funeral-goers, so I just kind of creepily watched their funeral until the driver moved out of my way.
